Germany booked their place in the Olympic final with a 2-0 defeat of Nigeria at the Arena Corinthians in Sao Paulo.
The Germans will face Brazil in Saturday's final after the hosts swept past Honduras 6-0 in their semi-final, while Nigeria will face Honduras in the bronze medal match.
