President Buhari receives King of Morocco, Mohammed VI in State House on 2nd December, 2016.
Today I welcomed His Majesty the King of Morocco, King Mohammed VI, on a State Visit to Nigeria. After the welcome parade and 21-gun salute by our hardworking Brigade of Guards, I introduced the King to Cabinet members and senior government officials.
Later today and tomorrow we will hold bilateral meetings and our two countries will sign a number of important economic agreements covering Trade and Investment, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, Taxation, and so on.
Morocco is a very important economic and diplomatic partner for Nigeria, and we will do everything within our power to nurture that very important relationship, for the benefit of the governments and people of our two countries.
